Fish Flips makes it easy to find quality fishing gear from verified sellers across the country. Here's everything you need to know to complete your first purchase.

1. Browse and Search

Use the search bar at the top of any page or click Browse to explore all listings. You can filter by category, condition, price range, and location to find exactly what you're looking for.

• Use keywords like brand names, rod lengths, or reel models for precise results.
• Filter by Condition (New, Like New, Good, Fair) to match your budget.
• Sort by Newest or Price to find the best deals first.

2. Review the Listing

Every listing includes photos, a detailed description, seller ratings, and shipping information. Review all photos carefully and read the description for any noted flaws or extras included.

3. Buy Now or Make an Offer

You have two options on any active listing:

• Buy Now — Purchase at the listed price immediately.
• Make an Offer — Propose a lower price. The seller can accept, decline, or counter.

4. Enter Your Shipping Address

After choosing to buy, enter the address where you'd like the gear shipped. Double-check your address carefully — shipping labels are generated directly from what you provide.

5. Payment & Checkout

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your card is authorized but not charged until the seller ships the item. Once shipped, funds are held in escrow until you confirm delivery.

6. Receive and Confirm

Once your gear arrives, inspect it carefully. Go to My Orders and click Confirm Delivery to release payment to the seller. You'll then be prompted to leave a review.
