Every purchase on Fish Flips is protected by our Buyer Protection Program. Your money is held securely in escrow until you confirm you've received your item in the condition described.
Escrow Protection
When you buy, your payment is authorized but not released to the seller until you confirm delivery. This means:
If the seller never ships — you are not charged.
If the item never arrives — you are entitled to a full refund.
If the item arrives significantly not as described — you can open a dispute.
What's Covered
Items that never arrive.
Items that are significantly different from the listing description.
Items that arrive broken due to inadequate packaging.
Counterfeit or misrepresented items.
What's Not Covered
Buyer's remorse (you changed your mind about the purchase).
Minor cosmetic differences within the described condition.
Items damaged after delivery confirmation.
Transactions completed outside of Fish Flips.
How to Open a Dispute
1Do not confirm delivery if there is a problem.
2Go to My Orders and open the affected order.
3Click Report a Problem and describe the issue.
4Our support team will reach out within 24 hours.
5We will mediate between you and the seller to reach a resolution.
Tip:Always inspect your item before confirming delivery. Once you confirm delivery, the sale is considered final.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Fish Flips covers the full refund including any shipping costs in cases of seller fraud or misrepresentation.
